The film database is for people, who have a lot of movie DVDs at home, and always wanted a clear overview, where they can sort by rating or search a specific genre out of their collection.

Now, either they write a huge Excel file by hand or they let my script do the work.

The script scans a .txt file for film titles and writes information from the web like cover-art, title, user-rating, genre and cast into its own database.
